Founded in 2007, JML Design Concepts is a growing boutique architectural and project management firm with offices in Cebu City, Cebu and Greenhills, San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines headed by Architect Jennifer Rose Mendoza-Livelo. We are a team of architects, engineers, interior designers, interns and technical support staffs whose primary aim is to provide proficient architectural services and solutions to a wide range of clientele.
Our design philosophy is to maintain a mindful understanding of our clients’ wants and needs and translate them into a well comprehended composition of drawings. JMLDC goes beyond expectations as we are dedicated first and foremost in making our clients happy and satisfied with our services. Throughout the project process, we become a team with our clients because we believe that every project should be a collaborative effort.
